Mount Trashmore in Virginia Beach

August 27th, 2008 Mount Trashmore is used to be a huge dump site for garbage for Virginia Beach's residents, also, Sometimes New York's garbage were also sent to this dump site! Skunks Make Strange Bedfellows

August 27th, 2008 I had survived my first day of my 2,160 mile Appalachian Trail journey. Yesterday, I bid farewell to my family who had dropped my off in the woods near the southern terminus of the Appalachian Trail—Springer Mountain, Georgia.
